Q: How do I get started with you?

A: The best way is to fill out an inquiry form on the page that best suits your needs, i.e. for writers, for students, for businesses. Or you can send an email or a DM on our socials, @boundforperfection on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

Q: I was hoping you could help me with something, but I don’t see it offered anywhere on the site.

A: Send an email or contact form from the “Contact Me” page giving me the details of your project and let’s see what we can do!

Q: What is the turnaround time for my project?

A: Each project will have a different turnaround time. This will be discussed prior to the start of the project.

Q: How does the process work?

A: Once a client reaches out to us, all of the details of the project and expected work will be evaluated. We will discuss all of these details via email or messages. Once terms are agreed upon, a contract will be sent via email, along with any other necessary paperwork. The contract will need to be signed and returned by the client, along with a 25% non-refundable deposit. The project will then need to be submitted by the client anytime before the start date of the project. The project will be looked over to ensure it is as described by the client and the word count is accurate. If there are any changes to be made (i.e. pricing or date adjustments), a contract addendum will be created and sent to the client before work begins on the project. We will then begin work on the project on the start date. During the time that we are working on the project, we will send updates periodically and will be open for any questions or concerns that may arise from the client. When the project is finished, all materials agreed upon in the contract will be returned to the client upon payment of the remaining balance. If the client purchases a bundle that has multiple passes, or an additional pass on its own, the client will have some time to go over the returned materials and make changes. Then the client will have the opportunity to return the project for the additional pass.

Q: What type of payments do you accept?

A: At this time, we primarily work with PayPal, and Zelle in some cases. We will send you an invoice for the services and you will be able to pay online.

Q: Why is a clean copy of my project with the suggested edits changed on it not given to me with the return of my materials?

A: Suggested changes, feedback, and comments are just that, a suggestion. As professionals, we can tell you what we think you should do, but at the end of the day, it is up to the client’s discretion if they actually want to make these changes or not. Therefore, we do not make the changes for you, rather suggest them to you and where we think they should go.
